We’ll note any “recommended upgrades,” like cookie placement stations or hot cocoa warmers.

- Measure chimney opening for Santa’s safe arrival
- Check hearth & flue for “soot-free” landings
- Note obstacles like dampers or inserts
Sleigh & Reindeer Access
- Roof slope and surface noted for safe sleigh parking
- Nearby trees, wires, or vents identified as “reindeer hazards”
- Gutter/edge condition flagged as “landing pad stability”
Cookie & Stocking Readiness
- Check mantle stability for safe stocking hanging
- Note best cookie-plate locations (away from pets!)
- Mini “Naughty or Nice” checklist for the kids
