The calendar in the scheduler has a few different time slots for each day, we do one inspection a day so choose any of them or if you want a different time then what’s offered, contact us.

After you submit it, you’ll get an email with next steps, a quick prep checklist, and an itemized estimate.
Final pricing can shift a bit once we confirm a few basics like total square footage,
approximate age, Add-Ons, and extra buildings.
The scheduler can’t stack bundle savings on add-ons or apply other discounts, including agent pricing, so we fix that on our end and send you the corrected total before anything is locked in.
Nothing is official until you review and sign the agreement we email.

Questions Before You Book
Here are quick answers to the most common things people ask right before scheduling their inspection.
You will instantly receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and address. Then you get a second email with your inspection agreement and invoice. You do not need to do anything else unless I contact you for specific access details.
You can pay before or at the inspection. Most clients pay online once they receive the invoice link. Your report will be released once payment is received.
No problem. Life happens. Just email or text me as soon as possible so I can open the slot for someone else. There are no cancellation fees, but I appreciate the heads up.
Absolutely. You are encouraged to be there for at least part of the inspection. You will learn more in 10 minutes on-site than any report can teach. If you cannot attend, that is perfectly fine too.
My calendar updates in real time. If you see an available date or time on the booking tool, it is yours. No waiting, no guessing.
Sometimes, yes. It depends on availability and distance. If you need something urgent, contact me directly and I will try to make it work.
Just the property address, your contact info, and which add-on services you want. If you are unsure about add-ons, you can add them later or talk to me first.
Yes. Once you book, I handle access details with your real estate agent unless you prefer otherwise. You do not need to coordinate anything.
Most reports are delivered the same day. The latest you would ever receive it is the next morning for complex properties.
